Terms and conditions

Mise à jour : 15/07/2026

These terms govern access to Wassel, a mission orchestration service performed by an independent courier partner.

1. Role of Wassel

Wassel structures the request, estimates the service, connects the customer with a courier partner and provides tracking tools. Pickup and intervention places are third parties independent from Wassel.

2. Account and confirmation

The customer warrants that their information is accurate. Every mission launch, price and payment is summarised before explicit customer confirmation.

3. Price and expenses

The delivery price is shown before confirmation. Wassel receives 10% including tax of that price and the courier receives 90%. When a mission includes a purchase, goods are reimbursed at receipt value, with no Wassel merchant margin.

4. Payment

Payment may be made in cash or online through an approved provider. Wassel does not store complete bank-card details.

5. Permitted missions

Customers may not request illegal or dangerous missions, passenger transport, prohibited goods or uncovered regulated activities. The courier may refuse a non-compliant mission.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation remains possible before pickup. Once the courier has travelled or started work, compensation may apply according to actual work and the rules shown before confirmation.

7. Liability and mediation

Wassel provides service orchestration and traceability. The customer remains responsible for the legality of the request and the courier for accepted execution. Wassel facilitates mediation and reviews documented claims.

8. Data and governing law

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Governing law: Morocco. Contact: [email protected].
