This policy describes data processed by Wassel Major·Dome in accordance with Moroccan law 09-08.
1. Data collected
Account, contact details, mission places, GPS position when needed, mission history, support exchanges, proof and payment data processed by the approved provider.
2. Purposes
To structure and perform the mission, calculate trip and price, connect the customer with the courier partner, provide tracking, security, support and fraud prevention.
3. Limited sharing
The courier partner receives only mission-essential information. External pickup or intervention places receive no Wassel data under a partnership. Strictly necessary data may be processed by our payment and hosting providers.
4. Retention and security
Data is kept for the service and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. It is protected in transit and through restricted access.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion and withdraw consent by writing to info@wassel.food. You may also contact the CNDP.
