These terms govern pricing and payment for Major·Dome missions entrusted to a courier partner.
1. Purpose
Wassel sells an orchestration and delivery service. Requested goods remain sold by the customer-chosen third-party place, which is independent from Wassel.
2. Mission confirmation
The customer describes the mission, chooses the relevant points, reviews the service price and confirms. No mission or payment starts without that final action.
3. Price
The delivery price including tax is shown before payment. It includes Wassel’s 10% share and the courier’s 90% share. Any purchases are expenses reimbursed at receipt value.
4. Secure payment
Customers may pay in cash or by card through CMI / Chaabi Payment and 3-D Secure. Provider records evidence the transaction; Wassel does not retain the complete card number.
5. Execution and tracking
The courier partner receives only the information required for the mission. The customer must provide accurate places, remain reachable and verify handover through the provided mechanism.
6. Cancellation, incident and refund
Before pickup, a mission may be cancelled under the displayed rules. After the courier starts work, compensation may remain due. Refund requests are reviewed using tracking, receipts and available proof.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Amicable resolution is sought before competent courts are seized. Contact: info@wassel.food.
