Three steps: go online, get a delivery, deliver and get paid. Simple — and you keep 100% of your tips.

ID, licence if needed, vehicle proof, profile photo and bank/mobile-money details. Your verification status is shown live.

Charged phone, data plan, insulated delivery bag. A quick checklist before you start your shift.

Go “online” to receive deliveries; “offline” to take a break. Offline you earn nothing and don’t appear on the map.

The map shows where demand is high right now. Position yourself in an active zone to chain deliveries.

For each offer you see the distance, pickup point and estimated pay BEFORE accepting. You decide, fully transparently.

Introduce yourself as the courier appointed by the customer, then check the mission and receipt. The place is a third party independent from Wassel.

Follow the GPS, contact the customer if needed, hand over the order and confirm with the delivery code. Customer away? Follow the procedure shown.

You receive 90% including tax of the delivery price and 100% of the tip. The exact breakdown is shown before every acceptance.

The price follows distance under a visible schedule. There is no dynamic rush-hour multiplier.

Customers can leave you a tip, and 100% goes to you — always. It’s one of Wassel’s core commitments.

Respect road rules, customers and staff at external locations. Your safety comes before any mission.

Your rating depends on punctuality and care. A good rating unlocks more deliveries. Wassel’s distribution stays fair among couriers.

Accident, missing order, unreachable customer, payment issue? The SOS button and support are available anytime, even mid-delivery.
